We collect email addresses for one-time alert delivery and optional future AI model alert email marketing only when separately selected.

ModelWatch emails are a separate future-alert list and require explicit email marketing opt-in.

For paid SMS alerts, we collect a phone number for the one-time transactional alert. Purchase phone capture is not future SMS marketing consent.

Stripe handles payment details. We store Stripe customer, checkout session, payment intent, amount, and currency metadata needed to reconcile orders.

We store UTM parameters, GCLID, referrer, landing path, and hashed IP/user-agent data for attribution, abuse prevention, and analytics.

PostHog may process usage analytics. Resend processes alert emails. Twilio processes SMS alerts. OpenRouter availability checks do not use subscriber data.
